What this site stores
When you book or create an account, the site stores your name, email address, phone if you give it, the session you chose and the message you leave. When you write through the contact form, it stores your message and details.
Why
To arrange your sessions, send confirmations and sign-in codes, and answer your messages. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.
For how long
Booking data is kept three years after the last session, then deleted. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Who has access
Only the practitioner. The site is hosted on a server in Europe. Emails go through the sending provider named in the legal notice. No advertising cookies: the only cookies keep you signed in and remember your language.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the contact address. You can also contact the CNIL.
What is said in session
Session content is not recorded on this site. It is covered by professional confidentiality.
