Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Professional confidentiality covers everything said in a session, in the office or online. Nothing is passed on without your written consent.
How many sessions does it take?
It depends on what you come for. Some people come for a few weeks to get through a stage, others for longer. We talk about it at the first session and adjust as we go.
How does an online session work?
You get a link by email the day before. You need a quiet place, a stable connection and headphones if possible. The session lasts as long as one in the office.
Can I cancel or move a session?
Yes, from your account or the link in your email, up to 24 hours before the session. After that, the session is charged.
Should I prepare anything for the first session?
No. Come as you are. If words are missing, we will look for them together.
What language are sessions in?
Sessions are held in French or in English. Say which language you prefer when you book.
